Did a complete redesign for the LinC Social brand. This rebrand is a subset of Crocker Park Living’s branding but with colors that go with the updated LinC Social space. Client wanted the branding to be clear that it was related to Crocker Park Living, but stand out on it’s own. Designed new branded signage and decals for the space and coordinated with multiple vendors to get the items printed and provided detailed mockups for installation.

LinC Social is the private residential social club at Crocker Park Living, created to bring residents together through connection, creativity, and community. Designed as an extension of home, the space offers a dynamic environment for working, relaxing, entertaining, and staying active, with dedicated areas for coworking, fitness, gaming, cooking, and social gatherings. More than an amenity, LinC Social reflects the distinctive lifestyle of Crocker Park Living where residents can work, connect, and enjoy life in a vibrant, welcoming community.
